Btw, if you have multiple wallets, you can consolidate them by simply running the newest version of the client, it'll produce a wallet file named like `snow-2_<hash>.wallet`, then you can just copy in your old wallets, like `wallet.db` and it'll automatically join them together!

yeah that and he wouldnt fix the difficulty adjustment delay. China came in with masisve hashrate and jacked the difficulty up super high, now no one is finding blocks and the difficulty wont drop fast enough.

You'd need to make SNOW a financial vehicle for a particular service/platform in order for it to be considered a utility. Doesn't need a smart contract.
