Research question: can something small like a pi be set in wifi adhoc mode and automatically talk ipv6 link local to other nodes?

@Fireduck My understanding is that the Raspberry Pi >= 3 and above can operate in ad-hoc mode. < 3 requires a compatible wifi usb module.
