Back in the day, if you installed games on FreeBSD it would install sl. And sl ignored ctrl+c and any command line parameters would be cars on the train.

So you couldn't do anything but watch the train of your command line steam by and feel your shame.

as in you immediately have an interactive terminal while the show is going on
