@Rotonen As if I want nuts and paranoid enough. I'm now spotting native advertising in a lot of places.
ever seen the movie ’they live’?
@mjay re: i wish there was a safe way to send a kill signal, i guess google had enough of the status quo http://lkml.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/1810.3/03701.html
@Rotonen its like removing tiny specs of dust while the room is still filled with junk
I´ll fix it when problems arise
but i'll be happy if i can simplify my scripting by a lot
kill $pid ; sleep 5 ; kill -9 $pid
this is what I use
sometimes more than 5 seconds, depends on the application
if it is anything I wrote, unless it has a rocksdb open, kill -9 is fine
so for miners, -9 those things
for a node, I'd do regular kill and wait

@Fireduck `systemd-netwokd` apparently has a bug in its dhcpv6 stuff
dhcpv6 is a hot mess regardless
should really be using the router discovery anywyas
i’ve never seen dhcpv6 used anywhere
I use both A and AAA records for my websites, about 5% traffic is IPv6
dhcpv6 is not normal, ipv6 is becoming more normal
