i'm assuming that's storage temps and the one above is operational temps
dunno what'd break below that, maybe the copper comes off the contacts per asymmetric contraction or something like that
or -40 is the lowest routinely tested as that's a pretty standard lab freezer
and i guess operational temps are only with conditions with humidity as doing ESD at below freezing is a different game
