is this coin dead?
If so, someone is doing a lot of mining for nothing
And a lot of buying.
Yeah, probably dead
Check out the discord, lots of people over there
Github generally gives you a good idea of how "dead" development is.
i think the general lack of hand waving confuses people
It's refreshing.
I'll try posting a diff for the Github wiki so that obsolete pages will link to the mediawiki wiki sometime this weekend.
Awesome
Or I'll do it right now, that works too.
@Tilian awesome, thanks. I pushed that out.
@Tilian thank you
No worries, small effort. If I can help out with anything else just shout.
(I'm not _that good_ of a programmer though, and I mostly do Python. So there's that.)
Research project for anyone who wants to, if I were to make a client in JavaFX, what platforms does that get us? Can we run it on Linux (using openjdk), Windows? Does it actually work to deploy to android as well? what about iphone? Bottom line, what does JavaFX actually get us (is it worth it for me to learn)?
@Tilian javafx based gui for wallet :P
oh already touted
i recommend not taking me too seriously until monday (UTC)
ha
JavaFX works fine on Linux, Mac & Windows. There seem to be some projects that make it work on Android and iOS too - JavaFXPorts looks promising.
@Rotonen I'm more familiar with Qt and GTK. I'm a Linux guy.
And hah, looks good. I'm enjoying some Belgian beers here.
