ha. Just gives the channel agents the ability to inspect the snowblossom blockchain

in this case, I'll be making one that watches for payments to a xpub and based on them updates a key list for valid readers of encrypted data

the real fun part, which could be hilarious is that to handle the issue of that warden needs to be running for users to get access...existing users who are running nodes can see the payments to the xpub as well

and have the key, so they could actually share it with the new user without the sellers agent being online at all

they would just have to broadcast it on the channel rather than building it into the blocks but it could be a good stop gap
