yeah. I guess I didn't need atomic rename for the wallets, since it is always going to a new file name as part of the safety mechanism

but for the channels export stuff, it is very handy so that any readers will always have either the old file or the complete new file

although, I generally don't spend a lot of time looking for existing solutions. I check java SE javadocs and for the most part use what I find there.
